One. Initial Inquiry

Two. Intake and Scheduling

We’ll see if mediation or coaching is a better fit, identify who should participate, and coordinate scheduling.

Three. The Mediation Session

This is a structured, confidential session focused on helping the participants move toward resolution.

Four. Resolution and Next Steps

If an agreement is reached, next steps are clarified. If more work is needed, that’s okay. The process remains focused and constructive.
